9:00PM - Outage has been resolved, Comcast is hands off.
3:52PM - Fiber splicing has been completed, but the network remains down. Technicians are continuing to troubleshoot. No ETR at this time.
2:51PM - Technicians continue to work on the issue and suspect there may be a second fiber break. At this time there is still no ETR unfortunately.
1:41PM - Technicians have found where the fiber cut/break causing the network outage is as of 1:30PM and have teams preparing for the repairs. Still no confirmed ETA for resolution at this time.
11:48AM - Comcast on-site, no ETA for resolution.
10:45AM - Ticket created and Comcast investigation underway.
10:20AM - Investigating down circuits: all SCOE’s internal network circuits and also BUSD, DUSD, and VUSD circuits are down.
