2:51PM - Technicians continue to work on the issue and suspect there may be a second fiber break. At this time there is still no ETR unfortunately.
1:41PM - Technicians have found where the fiber cut/break causing the network outage is as of 1:30PM and have teams preparing for the repairs. Still no confirmed ETA for resolution at this time.

10:20AM - Investigating down circuits: all SCOE’s internal network circuits and also BUSD, DUSD, and VUSD circuits are down.
